Our dedicated team of receptionists handle the efficient everyday running and administration of the practice, the receptionist performs a very busy and sometimes difficult job to ensure the smooth running of the practice. They're sometimes faced with situations out of their control, such as, surgeries running late or the doctors being called out on an emergency. If a situation does arise they will keep the patients informed but please remember it is not the fault of the Receptionist.

Joanna is our Assistant Practice Manager who is responsible for the smooth running of our reception.
Our admin staff and receptionists are here to help with the smooth running of the practice. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. The practice staff are available over the telephone or face-to-face between 08:15 - 18:30 every day (except Thursdays 08:15 - 13:00).
