Coronavirus - Telephone/Video appointments only

Coronavirus update 14/07/2020

Dr Dawouds Surgery is now arranging appointments with the Nurses, you will start to receive text messages or phone calls inviting you back into the surgery for your review:

  • Please check in at the side window
  • Bring your own face mask/face covering
  • You will be asked to use hand sanitiser on entering the building
  • We will be allowing 6 maximum in the waiting room to ensure a 2 meter distance is possible
  • We may ask you to wait in your car until the Nurse is ready to see you
  • Nurses will be cleaning/sterilising equipment and changing PPE after each patient

Dr Dawoud's Surgery is doing their utmost to keep everyone as safe as possible. 

We do understand if you do not want to attend the surgery, phone calls will be offered as an alternative review with the Nurse.

Update: 16/03/20

Dr Dawouds Surgery is open as usual to continue providing care to all our patients; however as of Monday 16/3/2020 we are asking you not to come to surgery unless asked to do so by a GP or staff member.

We will be offering telephone/Video appointments to everyone, as we do our best to keep everyone safe.

To order repeat prescriptions please ring the surgery between 10:30am & 12:30, use our website www.drdawoudssurgery.co.uk, or if registered please use patient access or myGP

If you are dropping off a sample please ensure it is labelled correctly and hand it in at the side window.

If you need an appointment with a doctor or nurse or have any questions please telephone 01772 323 021 as usual and we can advise you.
